Winemaking begins in the vineyard and our Sauvignon Blanc demonstrates this truth beautifully. Our estate vineyards in Oak Knoll District and in Rutherford were the sources for this wine. Grapes were hand-harvested into half-ton picking bins and treated to gentle, whole-cluster pressing. Stainless steel fermentation was employed in order to present the gorgeous fruit flavors.Our Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, flavorful wine with refreshing acidity. Notes of orange blossom, melon and lime give way to layers of Meyer lemon, with a tropical pineapple finish.
