Description
Wine drinkers familiar with this Bordeaux varietal will recognize Malbec’s signature deep purple color the moment the wine hits the glass. The visual intrigue is followed by aromas and flavors of wild mulberry and plum backed with hints of leather and the spiciness of cedar and dried sage. The broad-shouldered tannins are silky and supple and taper off into a sweet toasted vanilla oak finish. The tannic structure is both substantial, insuring ageability, as well as round, making for a supple mouth-filling finish.
