Description
Our Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, flavorful wine with refreshing, lifted acidity. We combine two vineyards with markedly different flavor profiles to create the tropical fruit flavors balanced with a refreshing lime peel flavor. We pick the fruit when it has nice ripe characteristics of tropical fruit but still a hint of minerality in the mouth. The 2012 grapes were hand-harvested into half-ton picking bins and treated to gentle, whole-cluster pressing. Stainless steel fermentation was employed in order to preserve the gorgeous fruit flavors. The resulting wine is refreshing and memorable with a round mouthfeel - the perfect complement to warm days.| Vintage | 2012 |
